Cynthia graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Social and Cultural Work from Karel De Grote Hogeschool. She has worked as a producer for theatre companies SINCOLLECTIEF, fABULEUS, and artistic support office Caravan Production. In 2018, she transitioned to "de nieuwe spelers," an educational training initiative for young actors from diverse backgrounds. Over six years, she helped many young talents grow into professional careers in the theatre and film industry.

Cynthia works as a diversity and inclusion advisor and a young talent coach. She has been working with young talent from various disciplines and backgrounds for over 20 years, giving her a deep understanding of cultural sensitivity and diverse realities. She recognizes the strength and potential in people from all walks of life. Her profound understanding of young people's experiences earns her respect from the youngsters, while she consistently maintains her professionalism, aligning with the director's vision and the context of the production.
