Belgium-based casting office working across national and international productions, with strong experience in European co-productions.

We collaborate with directors and producers to shape ensembles that are creatively precise, structurally sound and viable across territories.

Creative instinct. Thoughtful structure.

Creative instinct. Thoughtful structure.

Approach

Whether we join a project in early development or at a later stage, we look at the whole structure. We think about tone, balance and chemistry; how actors function next to each other and how a world holds.

For us, casting is an act of building rather than selecting. Our work moves between instinct and strategy, considering not only who feels right creatively, but also what is viable and sustainable within a project’s framework.

We do not represent or manage talent. Sien Josephine Casting works exclusively on behalf of productions.

Actors are encouraged to remain visible on professional casting platforms and to stay responsive to open calls when announced. Keeping profiles up to date — including headshots, showreels, credits and contact details — ensures we see the most accurate representation of your work.

While all actor emails are read and noted, we are not always able to respond individually due to volume.

Thank you for your understanding.
