Charlotte Woerlee graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Media and Culture from the University of Amsterdam. She subsequently pursued her studies at RITCS in Brussels, earning both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in directing.

Charlotte works as a freelance director, assistant director, and children's coach. She utilizes her insights and experiences as a director to support children and their directors in working together.

As a children’s coach, she strives to strike the delicate balance between meeting a child's needs and challenges, while aligning with the director's vision, requirements and goals.

She firmly believes that when children feel safe and understood, they can unleash their full potential and bring insight and beauty to a story, both during castings and on set.
